Exchange and Refund Policy
● We offer a 3-day exchange period for all Ready To Ship articles.
● Exchange for Pre-Booked articles is only applicable in case of a defect/quality issue
in the garment. In that case the article shall be replaced or the defect shall be
addressed by our team.
● The Credit Amount against the exchange shall be credited to your Nainpreet - The
Collective Wallet, which can be used for future purchases. ( Credit note is valid for 3
months and can be redeemed Online & In-Store both.)
● For the return to be processed successfully - we request you to keep the brand tag,
price tag and all relevant packaging of the article intact in order for it to qualify for
the exchange. Please note in case of the same missing, we will be unable to process
the exchange and the article shall be sent back to the customer.
● Luxury Pret and Made-To-Order articles are not eligible for return or refund.
● Items purchased on SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is
● To initiate an exchange, please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with
your order number and reason for return. If the product is defective or incorrect,
include an image of the item and we shall be happy to assist you on the same.
● Since the articles are sourced from the designer, there can be a delay from the brand
and the dispatch date might change, in such a scenario the order will not be eligible
for a refund.

Cancellation of Orders by Nainpreet - The Collective
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as incorrect
pricing, out-of-stock items, or increased shipping costs/import duties.
● Cancellations apply to both paid and processed orders.
● Customers will be informed of cancellations, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

International Shipping / Exchange & Returns
● International orders, once processed or confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
● Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.
● A flat fee of INR 1500 applies for all international irrespective of the weight.
● Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped.
● In case any international customer would like to exchange/return an article they may
do so by sending us the article back to our registered shipping address (Cost to be
borne by the customer

COD Policy
● As we strive to ensure a hassle free delivery experience and ease of shopping we offer
COD upto INR 10,000 for all our customers without any confirmation needed
● In case the order value is above Rs 10,000 we shall require an advance on the article
depending on the order value. Our customer care team is always available to assist on
the same

Order Cancellation
Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the
order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
● As part of usual business practice, Nainpreet The Collective reserves the right to cancel the
order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by
Nainpreet Collective.
● In case of a collection/product delay from the brand/designer Nainpreet The Collective will
not be able to cancel the order, however store credits can be redeemed against the
