It is not neccessary for you to to create an account, but in order to have the best shopping experience we recommend that you create an account to enjoy various perks such as cashback and loyalty points.

What is the shipping time for the products I have ordered?

All Ready To Ship items need Minimum 2 working days to reach you within India.
International orders may take upto 7-10 days and shipped via DHL.
For Unstitched articles under Pre Booking please allow minimum 2 weeks to deliver the order you*

Are all products original?
Yes all products on our website are sourced directly from the brands and are 100% original.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all Prepaid Orders across India. For COD orders, an additonal Rs 100 is levied.
Why does the article I Ordered have a different color from the image?

Sometimes, the color of the article may differ due to difference in screen resolution. Please note Nainpreet – The Collective does not take responsibility of any difference in color.

Why can't I opt for Cash on Delivery for Pre Booked articles?
Since the article is especially ordered for the customer, we need a confirmation for the same. Many a times customers cancel their order due to many reasons which leads to other genuine customers missing out on the collections hence we need a booking / full amount to confirm your order.
